Refund and exchange policy

•Sale items: These are final sale and can only be exchanged if the item you want is available. Please make sure you’re certain about your purchase to give someone else the chance to grab it at a discounted price!
•Warranty: We offer a 1-month warranty on all bags in case of a factory defect. Unfortunately, after this period, we won’t be able to accept exchanges or returns for damaged items.
-Shipping fees: In case of an exchange or refund, shipping fees will be covered by the customer.
